When are you arriving? Inquiring minds will want to know

As soon as you have some idea of when you'll get to Nashville, please let Kate (aka Weather) and BarbaraFox know, so search parties can be sent out if necessary. If you're flying in, send us your arrival time so someone will be there waiting to pick you up. If you're planning to arrive before 3:00 p.m., you'll be given directions to Barbara's house. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. There will be Friendly Native Guides waiting at the hotel to greet you, give you hugs (only if you wish, of course), & maps, as well as Friendly Native Guides to assist with transportation and/or directions to the house of Fox, where the fun will be.

Even if you're staying locally, register at the hotel to let us know you're here, get your name tag, some maps, some hugs.

Excitement! Adventure! Really Wild Things!
The fun stuff  We've got one fabulous weekend-long party in the making, thrown by Our Gracious Hostess, BarbaraFox, not a con in the sense of scheduled events, gaming rooms, merchants, panel discussions, et cetera. She's opening her house and home to us for such fun as eating, drinking, dancing, socializing, punning, & generally being merry.
Below is last year's itinerary. Depending on the feedback from y'all, changes will be made as appropriate. We'll likely keep to the loose agenda. If you have suggestions for things like field trips, etc., now's the time to send feedback.

Date/Time Event Details
Friday

9:00 a.m. ish

Breakfast Earlycomers assemble at the hotel and head to Barbara's home for breakfast featuring Kate's omelettes, baked goodies (more of those this year than last), juice, coffee. Meet your Gracious Hostess & her family, including several felines, Clancy the Wonder Dog, and the World's Cutest Kid.
Friday
Daytime
not fixed Folx arriving before 3:00 p.m. checking in at Barbara's home for registration packets, name tags, hugs & such. Lunch is on your own. Grocery runs for party goodies, anyone needing to check in at the hotel will be guided there approx. 2:30.
Friday
afternoon
check-in As folx arrive at the hotel, it'll go something like this:  greetings, registration, name tags, drop off luggage, hugs.  Friendly Native Guides will be on hand to drive/guide y'all to Barbara's. If Pixel is coming, anyone driving with him will be asked to sign a waiver.
Friday
evening
dinner/party No formal start time. When there's a lot of hungry people and our Gracious Hostess is ready to start cooking. Friday evening's menu last year was spaghetti, salad, bread and dessert. Certainly open to changes, please make your ideas known asap. Everyone is expected to chip in. Eating, drinking, merrymaking, filking, dancing, relaxing and lots and lots of fun, until . . ..
If you drink alcohol, be prepared to show ID and don't even think about driving until you've gone two hours without it. If you're underage, enjoy the soda; you won't be drinking alcohol.
Saturday
9:30-11ish
Field Trips For those who would like to be out and about, gather in the hotel lobby. Last year's treks to the Cumberland Science Museum, the Hermitage, and shopping were all fun, but we aren't necessarily locked into doing the same as we did last year. Lunch is on your own. Badger will likely head the trip for sushi, as soon as we ask him, that will be posted as a "for sure" thing.
Saturday
3:00ish
Ice Cream! Everyone to gather at the Elliston Place Soda Shop for shakes, sundaes, sodas, etcetera. Traditions must be upheld, especially when they're this much fun. Someone remind Kate to buy bananas for Pixel, please. Afterwards, grocery runs, bookstore runs, dips in the hotel pool, everyone finding their way back to Barbara's for dinner.
Saturday
evening
dinner/party II Menu: Good question, depending how ambitious we get and the benevolence of the Grill Ghods. Like Friday, eating, drinking, merrymaking, filking, dancing, relaxing and lots and lots of fun, until . . ..
If you drink alcohol, be prepared to show ID and don't even think about driving until you've gone two hours without it. If you're underage, enjoy the soda; you won't be drinking alcohol.
Sunday
Morning
breakfast buffet Well, we found out last year that the brunch at the hotel is a bit pricey, so Shoney's again seems like a pretty good idea. Especially if Sylvia the Wonder Waitress is still working there. Of course, we'll be running folx to the airport as needed. Hotel check-out is 11:00 a.m. If you're leaving later than that, after b'fast, we'll be gathering at Barbara's home for a lazy Sunday afternoon as people get ready to leave.
